Kalyani Sapkal

CEO and Chief Consultant

Kalyani is the CEO and Chief Consultant of Kalyani Consulting. With over twelve years of experience in fundraising, board development, and strategic planning, Kalyani has partnered with organizations across diverse sectors—including Milestones Autism Resources, Victory Gallop, Lawrence Technological University, Women’s Recovery Center, Talespinner Children’s Theater, Friends of Beta Israel, Becker College, Drink Local Drink Tap and more. She is also a founding board member of the Cuyahoga Valley Farmers Market, where she actively supports local farmers and works to create sustainable food systems that benefit the community. She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University, an MBA in Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

Kalyani is an experienced speaker, regularly sharing insights on nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and grant management.

Barb Greene

Project-Based Advisor

Barb brings extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, with deep expertise in strategic management and fund development. She has worked with a wide range of organizations, including NOCHE and Mercy Medical Foundation (strategic planning), Project Learn (strategic planning, fund development, board governance, and executive search), ACCESS Shelter and Habitat for Humanity of Summit County (capital and endowment campaigns), and the Akron Symphony Orchestra (Culture of Philanthropy). Her client list also includes Akron Rotary Camp, Hebrew Free Loan Association, Hoban High School, Akron Marathon, and Western Reserve Public Media, among others.

Barb served in executive fund development roles with two Michigan public television stations and a YWCA. She was also the founding executive director of two nonprofits established in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Akron, Ohio (Summit Education Initiative). She holds a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Lynchburg College.

Madison Letizia

Madison Letizia is a communications strategist with over 15 years of experience in messaging and branding, nonprofit communications, and stakeholder engagement. Her current work includes developing national advocacy campaigns, media relations, and fundraising strategies. She is based in Cleveland, Ohio and holds a BA from Ohio Northern University.
