Refund and Guarantee Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Kalyani Consulting LLC, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. This policy outlines the refund and guarantee terms for each of our offerings. This policy is part of and subject to our Terms and Conditions.

2. Fund Development Planning Workshop

2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

2.2 Conditions

• You must attend the full live workshop session
• You must complete the workshop exercises and workbook activities
• Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the live workshop date

2.3 Non-Attendance

If you purchase the workshop and do not attend the live session, no refund will be issued. The workshop is a live experience and participation is required for the guarantee to apply.

2.4 Replay Access

Once you access the workshop replay, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund, unless the satisfaction guarantee conditions above apply.

3. ElevatED Leadership Coaching and Consulting Program

3.1 Payment Options

The coaching program is available in two payment options:

• Pay-in-full for the 6-month program
• Monthly payments for 6 months

3.2 Cancellation Window — One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching participants may cancel their enrollment within 15 days of their enrollment date by sending written notice to kalyani@kalyani-consulting.com.

• If you paid in full, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the program, minus the value of any sessions attended or materials accessed.
• If you are on monthly payments, you are responsible for payment through the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged after cancellation is processed.

After the 15-day cancellation window, the full 6-month program commitment applies. No refunds or cancellations will be issued for the remainder of the program term. All remaining payments are due as scheduled.

3.3 Cancellation — Group Coaching

Group coaching participants may cancel their enrollment within 15 days of their enrollment date, provided they have not yet attended a group coaching session. Once you have attended one group session, the full 6-month program commitment applies and no cancellation or refund will be issued.

3.4 Program Access After Cancellation

If cancellation is approved within the applicable window, access to sessions, materials, and community resources ends at the conclusion of your last paid period.

4. Comprehensive Grant Writing and Management

4.1 Engagement-Based Work

Grant management services are scoped through a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Engagement Letter. Refund terms are governed by the specific agreement for each engagement.

4.2 Hourly Engagements

For hourly engagements, you are billed for hours worked. Unused prepaid hours will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the engagement is terminated.

4.3 Termination

Either party may terminate a grant management engagement with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed through the termination date.

5. Free Digital Resources

Free resources, including the Fund Development Plan Template, are provided at no cost. No refund applies. If you wish to be removed from the email list after downloading a free resource, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. For data deletion requests, see our Privacy Policy.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under any of the policies above, email kalyani@kalyani-consulting.com with:

• Your full name
• The product or service purchased
• Date of purchase
• Reason for your request

We will respond within 5 business days.
